10 Keto-Friendly Low-Carb, Low-Calorie Cocktail Recipes

Sex and the city-style night or a fun time at the bar is incomplete without the fancy cocktail. Unfortunately, anyone stacking on a keto diet may have to check other fancy drinks at the bar (if there’s any, anyway)

Because here’s the sad truth: A typical cocktail packs plenty of carbs (especially sugar). No thanks to the juice, sodas, and syrup used in the production process.

Low-carb cocktails can be scarce on the alcohol menu. That’s where you need to craft your order creatively.  Even the cocktails labeled “healthy” are simply syrup swapped with honey, which packs the “sweetness” of sugar.

When you want a low-carb alcoholic drink, liquors like gin, vodka, and silver tequila are the real deal (because they’re mostly zero on carb).

In addition, make sure that your clear liquor is unflavored.

Obviously, you don’t want to forget the things you mix with your zero-carb booze – a Calorie-free mixer.

The calorie-free sparkling water, soda water, along with squeezed fresh lime or lemon wedge (if flavor is a priority), is a great choice.

Note: our top choice is the silver tequila, seizure water, grapefruit juice, and fresh lime.
